This policy explains what information is collected when you visit thehofmanngrouporc.com (the "Site"), operated by Andy Hofmann, Sales Associate with Swenson & Ecuyer Realty, and how it is used. By using the Site you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Use.
Information you choose to share
You may share information with Andy when you text, call or email him, fill out a form on the Site, request a guide, report or other free resource, sign up for listing alerts, or use a tool such as a mortgage or cost calculator. Depending on what you do, this can include your name, phone number, email address, property address, what you are looking for, your timeline and budget, and any numbers you enter into a tool.
How it is used
- To respond to you and help with your real estate questions.
- To send you what you asked for, such as a guide, a home value estimate or listing alerts.
- To follow up about buying, selling or owning property, by phone, email or text, if you asked to hear from Andy.
- To keep records of real estate inquiries as required by law and brokerage policy.
Your information is not sold or rented, and it is not shared for anyone else's marketing. It may be shared with Swenson & Ecuyer Realty, and with service providers that help run the Site and deliver messages (such as hosting, email and form tools), only so they can do that work. It may also be disclosed if required by law.
Text messages and calls
Andy will only send marketing texts or calls to a number you have given him permission to contact. Consent is never a condition of buying or selling anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting and security. The Site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of visit) to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse and spam.
- Analytics. The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not build a personal profile.
- Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
The Site does not currently use advertising cookies, advertising pixels or retargeting. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
Listing information
Property listings are provided by the Central Listing Service at Ocean Reef® through NAVICA. Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.
How long information is kept
Information is kept for as long as needed to help you and to meet legal and brokerage record-keeping requirements, then deleted.
Links to other websites
The Site links to YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
Your choices
You can ask what information Andy holds about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask to stop receiving messages at any time, using the contact details below.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
